Red's House Painting & Repair

Red and his crew were great to work with from start to finish of each job. Red would show up when he said he would and be on time. He was constantly in touch on a daily basis with us, letting us know where he was, when he'd be there, the status of the job, and making a plan for what's next on the list.
Red bent over backwards to meet our needs. When the color stain we picked out didn't look good with a test step, he got in his truck and took us to where we could get just the right color. When the coverage of the paint wasn't completely perfect in every spot, he had the crew go around the entire house again instead of trying to touch up the thin areas. They made 3 passes around the entire house before he was satisfied despite the fact he had set the bid for 2 coats.
Red was always looking at the job from the point of view as if it was his house. When he saw something that could easily be fixed as his crew went around the house painting, he would just fix it. The broken motion sensor light fixture is one example but there were numerous other little things he did that made a huge difference in the overall end result on all the jobs he did for us.
Red always has a positive attitude and a smile. "You gotta make the customer satisfied" is his motto and he stands by it without hesitation. And on top of this great service, he would show up with food on a regular basis. LOTS of food. He brought us fresh corn and tomatoes, homemade pickled okra and onions, and even his famous BBQ ribs and dirty rice - enough to feed 15 people for July 4th!!!
Red's bids are reasonable, his work is great, and his attitude and reliability are a welcome relief from the norm. We recommend him without reservation, particularly for exterior painting jobs.
