We have received a B grade for price by 3 or 4 other reviews as well. Of course, we are always striving to earn an A in every category by providing each of our clients with an excellent value. That is why we spend thousands and thousands of dollars investing into liability insurance, worker's compensation insurance and janitorial bonding - to protect our clients. When we meet new clients, we always like to educate them regarding how expensive it can be to run a business honestly. For example, we could probably get away with having one business license for the City of Charleston. I doubt we would ever get caught when we clean outside the City of Charleston because our licenses have never been checked in 3 years. However we spend the extra money to make sure we are licensed in every municipality that legally requires a business license (Mt. Pleasant, James Island, Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, Folly Beach, etc.). Also, self-employment-taxes work out to roughly 25% of our company's profit each year, and we are very honest in reporting all of our income to the government. Therefore, it is impossible for us to compete with companies who don't provide worker's compensation insurance, don't purchase the legally required business licenses, or "neglect" to report some of their earnings to the government. On the other hand, our clients appreciate hiring us because they know they have honest people cleaning their home. This is especially true when they are away working or even out-of-state. After all, if a company thinks it is okay to steal from the government, what prevents them from justifying stealing on another occasion? We take a lot of pride in our integrity and honesty, which is why we were thrilled when you trusted us to supervise the other crew you had working inside your home this summer. We love the sterling reputation we have earned for being honest without any exceptions!
