I am currently building a home in Oldfield with home builder Gene Forney of Precise Custom Homes. The home is just about finished and the process of working with Gene has been a real pleasure. Gene has built my family a fine home and I couldn't be happier with the workmanship and detail that has gone in to the house. Gene is an old school southern gentleman. He does what he says he'll do and he'll do it honestly, with integrity and with a positive and friendly disposition. I think so highly of Gene that I'm building a second house with him in Bull Point. Need a garage? We did--needed a place to keep all the lawn equipment that we did not want to keep in the garage attached to our house. Plus, we use our garage for our cars! Precise Custom Homes previously built our home and did an excellent job so it was a no-brainer on who would we contact. We now have an awesome garage on our property. It was fast and easy. Great job!!

Gene Forney built our house 100% from the ground up and he was there every step of the way. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable in all areas of home construction. And important to us-we found him to be an honorable man who is highly respected by those who interact with him- customers, vendors, friends, crew. The end result was exceptional quality and the build time was outstanding. I would recommend him to my friends, family, acquaintances--anyone who asks for a builder recommendation. He took our house plans and turned them into a place that we call home. We love it!
