Pacheco Contracting ripped out all of the tile and subfloor and found rotted joists well as a failing load bearing wall, it was so bad that the water intrusion had spread into my master closets as well. Claudio's contractors were professional and on time everyday, Claudio even offered advice to make my cleaning of the shower easier with a solid piece of marble at the shower entry to compliment my marble vanity. If anyone has ever seen a show called Holmes on Homes, this is what Pacheco Contracting is, they do it right! Pacheco Contracting is and will be my contractor for life.

From start to finish, it was great! Claudio was very responsive to come give the estimate, get started and complete the work. He and his crew showed up daily, worked hard and left the place clean. Throughout, I would call, text or email with questions and Claudio was very quick to respond and put my mind at ease. Wonderful work!

The work was impeccable and timely. Mr. Pacheco also advised me on choices at times when I was overwhelmed with the process and they were spot on. I had to move out of my home during part of the reno and needed to move back in before my kitchen was finished. The workers were considerate and kept their work area clean. I can't recommend them enough. I scored a 9 on cost because they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Remember that you get what you pay for.

Mr Pacheco has been very responsive to our questions and updates. He has always been on time and been on the project when he was scheduled to be. He was willing to take on this small project and will be getting all of the remaining projects in our home as we redo the interior and exterior slowly.

Very well. We found some water damage to the subflooring in the master bathroom. Even with this unexpected twist, they stayed on schedule to finish as promised. They even worked weekends to stay on task. The transformation of the rooms has been amazing!
