We were very happy with Kyle and his team. He was responsive and eager to get the project underway. His team did the installation while he was away (assuming that is why we had the issue). The project was finished and looked great until we turned on the irrigation for the summer. They had placed the pavers over and around the irrigation valves which resulted in burst pipes and electrical issues.. Kyle is not willing to assist in the cost of the repairs. We have a huge mess now..

Kyle and his team were great to deal with. He was reasonably priced, completed the job within a week of getting the estimate. He was able to squeeze the project (which was a 16 foot diameter herringbone pattern with accent surround) in between some of his jobs. Left a clean worksite when they competed the job. Definitely would use him again.

What a great experience. Kyle was very professional, detailed and completed our project in a timely manner. His pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes I had received. He also cleaned up everyday before he left everyday. I am so happy with the finished patio, I would HIGHLY recommend KingTide Hardsapes
