Lenny arrived at 8:00 the morning after the call. He looked at the ceiling damage and said that the best way to determine what needed to be done was to cut a hole in the ceiling and look at the underside of the roof. He gave me a "ball-park estimate" explaining that he would not know the extent of the roof work to be done until he opened the ceiling. Two days later, the roof was repaired and the ceiling was repaired so that you could not even tell there had been a hole cut in it. There was no dust or even a hint that they had even worked in the house.
