General Remodeling
We needed a complete remodel of a family home on Seabrook Island. We were updating the 2700 square foot home in order to put it on the market. We live in Tampa, Florida and were handling everything remotely. EPIC was able to handle all permitting requirements, contractors for custom cabinets and vanities, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electric. We replaced the entire kitchen and master bathroom. Two additional bathrooms were updated as well. Wood floors were added throughout the main floor and new carpet in a loft bedroom. Popcorn ceilings were removed and replaced with smooth finish throughout the house. We visited to check progress and to choose finishes. The estimate was within 1% of actual cost. The entire process was exceptionally smooth and professional. We would highly recommend to anyone building a new home or renovating an existing one. EPIC showed personal attention to our project and we are thrilled with the final outcome.
