They recommended Delta fixture, which I was going to supply. Upon second thought, since the existing unit was maybe 20 years old, I didn't want to risk buying the wrong fixture, so I let them supply the fixture. I called them two weeks before I was scheduled to be at the unit to let them know when I was going to be there and they said no problem, they were flexible and to call them the week before. I called them the week before as promised and set up Wednesday as the possible day. They emailed me the Friday before to tell me that they were having problems getting the one we agreed on in time and said they ordered the Leland instead. I went on line to check it out and it was in about the same price range ($205), so I gave them the ok. I just received the invoice and was billed $670 for both valves plus another $140 for Warranty and handling for a grand total of $405 per valve. The overage was never discussed with me and I found out about it when I received the bill. This is no way to conduct business. Buyer beware. Make sure you get a detailed quote from this contractor and a fixed bid quote. Apparently, it does little to have them come out personally to spec a job.
