+ 0 moreIt was a very good experience to work with Charles Warrington (Cwarson Construction). The job took about 3 months which was on time and everything was completed in a satisfactory manner. Any minor problems were responded to quickly and corrected.
Description of Work: We bought an old home in the historic district of Earlwood in Columbia, SC. The house was in very bad condition and we hired Cwarson Construction (Charles Warrington) to update the house and restore the appearance to the time the house was built, circa 1925. The work included all new plumbing, electrical wiring and duct work for the HVAC system. A second bathroom was added along with granite counter tops in the kitchen and new appliances. A new rear entry door and deck were added as well. In addition, a new roof was added along with refinishing the existing hardwood floors. We are very pleased with the quality of the work performed. It is like a new house on the inside and has the classic bungalow appearance on the outside.
