Competitive pricing won my attention. The work done won my devotion. Great response time with callbacks and scheduling. Marshall was thorough in setting my expectations and exceeded in meeting them. Arrived early and completed the job in half the expected time frame. The crew was efficient, polite and considerate. Great job, guys!

Marshall and his crew came cut 3 trees cleaned up like they were never here, this was my 2nd time using them, very reliable, dependable. Calls if running late, reasonable. Very nice all around company. Highly recommend also used them to cut down 10 trees in past and grind stumps

Charleston Tree Experts estimator gave us a quote for the tree removal. We knew it would not be easy given the location of the tree. The date was set. Marshall called and suggested Feb 13 in anticipation of the cold rain storm (that eventually became an ice storm). When the team showed up, they immediately went to work to remove the diseased tree. Unfortunately, they could not get the bucket truck into the back yard. So they did alternate work methods. The tree was felled and removed. As were the remains of the tree. (After the ground warmed up and dried out after the ice storm, Al the Stump Grinder removed the stump in accordance with Charleston Tree Experts plan.) Of key note is that Charleston Tree Experts reduced the estimate and charged us less than the estimate. The easily could have charged the full amount. But honesty retains customers.

Total removal of a fairly large tree and trim another tree.

The pecan tree had a number of dead and dying limbs. The crew did a great job of trimming out the dead wood while maintaining the shape of the tree. The river birches were more problematic, but that was due more to the type of tree than to their work.

Excellent service, quality and professionalism. Team arrived on time, did excellent work and cleaned up completely.

The crew was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and very professional. There were no ruts after they were finished because no heavy boom trucks were used on the job due to damp soil. Marshall Badeaux climbed the tree with the necessary equipment (ropes, etc) and removed the limbs. He tied off the ones that needed to be lowered to the ground in order to prevent damage to the A/C unit, the electrical service line, and the roof of my home. The crew cleaned the work site by removing all debris from the yard. I am very pleased with this company and will recommend this company to anyone. Robert Conklin was very instrumental in performing the work and providing a reasonable estimate for the removal of this tree. If it was not for a reasonable estimate, I would not have been able to have his company to do the job. His estimate was very competitive and comparable to another company's estimate. They got the job done efficiently and safely. They offered good advice and did a few extra things for us. Charleston Tree Experts were efficient, effective, professional and courteous. Work began on time as scheduled. The initial price was very competitive. The scope of the job changed after they were on sight. The price change was fair and realistic even though they could have jacked up the change. They took extra effort to prevent or minimize damage by the required heavy equipment. At the end of the job, I toured the lot with the owner to verify that everything was as contracted. Feel free to check others tree companies. But be confident that the best job will be by Charleston Tree Experts.
