I called them late in the afternoon on a Friday and wasn't expecting such prompt service. They came right away and made the repair and were sure to answer all of my questions. I told them that I was interested in purchasing a new unit and they actually talked me out of it and assured me that with this repair, my existing unit will be just fine. The technicians were so friendly and professional. They wore shoe covers in my home and they even explained to me that they are background checked and drug tested. Their guarantees were very impressive and unlike any I have seen before. They have a program where they send air conditioner filters to your door, which I took advantage of because that saves me the hassle of going to the store once a month and trying to find my filter size and pick from a whole aisle of filters. They also have something they call Club Memberships (which is basically a glorified preventative maintenance plan) and because I signed up for it, I saved 20% on the capacitor repairs and the service fee was reduced by $20. They also will come out twice, once in the summer and once in the winter to service my system as part of the club membership. The cost to sign up for the club membership was $14.95 per month. It was nice to see the savings that were effective immediately with only giving them $14.95 that day. Also, the benefits will continue in to the future! I like using a local and honest company and I would recommend them highly to anyone.
