This was a simple job. Purchased matching unit for sink disposal install. Cost goes from 125 to 250 because the pipes inder the sink 'needed to be modified'. No pictures taken to show work so no way for me to detail what actually was done. Second part of the job was to cut two pipes leading to water filter system and just install a ball valve. Simple right? Well I was charged 290 for that. When I called the owner to ask why it cost so much for that half of job, to install a ball balve, the reasoning was because they sent two people to job site and the guy working on the sink took a long time to complete his reworking of the plumbing. It looks like the mantra of making it up on the next guy is true except it was the same job site. The owner made no case for overcharging me, no pictures were taken of work, and I would not trust them to ever do work again.

Marshall and his helper arrived not only on time, but a few minutes early.  The problem was pretty straightforward, but I have no doubts he would have quickly found a more hidden and complicated one.  Both men were polite, professional, and personable.  They left everything cleaner than they found it, and Marshall also took a look at a couple other plumbing headaches I've been g dealing  and made excellent suggestions, starting with reminding me that my Moen kitchen faucet, which was leaking, would be replaced by Moen under their lifetime warranty.  I'll be hiring him again to handle the installation, and with that one recommendation, he saved me about $500!

The kitchen faucet was particularly hard to fit because of an overhanging shelf.  They never gave up the search for a faucet that would fit.  They found one and saved me from having to cut the granite shelf.  They were professional, clean and good-natured on every visit.

I think one of my grandchildren flushed something down the toilet. I seem to think it was a plastic cup. I called Beverly Plumbing for help. They said it would be Monday before they could get someone to me, but would try to be earlier. They called a few hours later and said they would have someone at the house right away. They came with the right tool and freed the object in about 15 minutes.

We called Beverly when the plumber we had used in the past could not accommodate us. Beverly sent his son Matt and his helper who came immediately to fix the problem and also answered some other questions we had about pipes exposed to the cold. We will definitely call them again.

Beverly Plumbing explained the work involved in completing the various jobs that they were asked to do. They needed to order the parts to repair the commode. When the parts arrived they came back out to the house and completed the job. They were very professional. They completed the work in a timely manner and did not over charge for their services.

Responsive to call. Showed up on time. Careful not to track-up floors. Marshall Beverly Jr. and helper were courtious, quick, business like but cordial. Excellent experience and would use them again. You'll be pleased. I've permanently put their phone number into my contacts list.

Called Beverly Plumbing and they were able to come out within a few days. The office called us to inform us that they would be about 1 hour late as they had run into a problem on the job before us. They showed up within that 1 hour period and reinstalled our toilet, sink cabinet and sink. We were billed for the removal (Oct. 8, 2012) and reinstallation (Nov. 28, 2012). They were quick, efficient, and as always, professional. It took them about 1 hour to do this. FOLLOW-UP CALL: We called them the next day (Nov. 29), and indicated that we had a slight leak from the water pipes in the sink hookup. They were able to come the next day (Nov. 30) and repair the leak. There was no charge for this follow-up call. We have always been very pleased with the work that Beverly Plumbing has done for us. We highly recommend them.

Marshall and Sandy arrived on Friday, April 13, to give me an estimate on repairing the downstairs bathroom faucet. Unfortunately, the faucet was in such bad shape and so old that Marshall indicated that it would be better to install a new one. Since we had intended to do it anyway, we decided to do it now. We also asked him about our faucets in the two upstairs bathrooms and the kitchen faucet. He gave us the estimate and indicated that it would take less than one day to install them.

They were able to come back and do the installation on Thursday, April 19. They arrived about 20 minutes early, which was fine with us. Marshall showed us the faucets that he had picked out and we were well pleased with his choices.

On one upstairs shower faucet, six (6) tiles had to be removed in order to get to the plumbing. They did a beautiful job of cutting out the tile and installed a "lock" on it as we had to have a tile installer come and install new tile around the faucet fixture.

In the kitchen, our new one-handle pulldown faucet was installed and I must say we love it.

We had a tile repair man come and repair the tile in the upstairs shower, and Beverly Plumbing was able to return on Wednesday, April 25 and complete the job. It took him all of 5 minutes.

Marshall and Sandy were very pleasant and professional young men.

The experience went well, I was pleased. They were prompt, professional, and they are somebody that I would recommend to anybody else. In hindsight, I felt that I should have talked to them more about the price of installing the water heater, but I didn't and we went with it. I was very happy and gave references, and I absolutely would be using them again in the future.

The crew sent for this work was efficient and careful. They dug up the old sewer pipe and replaced it with a new one. They took extra care in digging up the lawn and replacing the sod. Overall, we have been pleased with their work.

Excellent experience! Arrived on time on the scheduled day, did the work necessary and then some in a very professional way. At the end of the work they asked if we would consider them for some larger scale upcoming remolding of baths and kitchen and our answer was a resounding "yes"! Would recommend highly to residents of Seabrook and Kiawah.

I called at 7:30am on a Monday morning expecting to get a machine and instead got a live person on the second ring. My house was for sale and had a showing that day! I noticed on Sunday night that the pressure valve on my hot water heater was dripping. Because of the age of the heater I did not want to mess with it and break it. I explained my "non-emergency, emergency" to the person on the phone. Within an hour someone was there and fixed the valve quickly and was careful not to damage the old heater. I was impressed with their promptness and genuine understanding of my unique situation. They could have taken me to the cleaners on the bill because I was desperate, but did the exact opposite and were extremely fair on an easy fix. Would recommend and will use again.

Discovered a leak in the crawl space under my office on a Sunday evening. I shut the water off to the office and called several plumbers on Monday morning. Most companies said their crews were already heading out on their first call by the time I was able to call. Beverly Plumbing was able to was able to get someone to my office within 15 minutes of taking the call, and the repair was completed shortly thereafter. Very professional and courteous. Even moved my spigot to a better location.
