calls since July 18 were not returned August 10 received a call from A.C in the morning to start work that afternoon, which was not convenient for us. A later date could not be confirmed , we were told to find someone else. no apologies and this after very reliable service for many years.

I expect some kind of response/feedback from any company we deal with- either a proposal for work, , or some indication that they are not interested in a job. This is professional courtesy.
