Had an addition put on our lake home and the builder installed a new hot water heater. Not sure what happened with the installation of the tank but there was a strong sulfur smell every time we took a shower. It seemed to lessen with each additional shower. Next weekend when we came back it was back and very strong again. I "googled" sulfur smell in hot water and it said it was likely some kind of bacteria in the tank. The recommendation was to get a plumber to drain the tank. I called Red and explained what was the issue. He came right out, drained the tank, and fixed the problem. This is the 3rd time I've needed his help and he's responded immediately (with John) each time.
