Older unit needed some freon. He had inspected and serviced the unit before when we bought the house 1.5 years earlier.

He was very good. The replacement came in under the estimate and he had 3 or 4 trips where he came out here. He put in more freon without charging me. He came back and put more freon in on two occasions before he put in the new unit. He was very reasonable. He was a little slow to come back because he was really busy in the summer when it was really hot. He did take a couple of days before he could get back.
