Responded quickly to emails and he scheduled a phone call with me the very next day. He took the time to walk through and really explain everything for me, and as a first time homebuyer, I can't say enough how much I appreciated his thoroughness.

He gave me options, but more importantly he took the time to weigh what the pros and cons to each deal were. He kept in constant contact, over explaining where we were in the process, just so I never wondered where we were with things. I would highly recommend his service to anyone!
