 + -1 moreIT WAS AN STRESSFUL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...POOR SKILLS POOR COMMUNICATORS.. JUST TERRIBLE ALL AROUND
Description of Work: WELL AT FIRST IT SEEMED LIKE EVERYTHING WAS GOING FINE. BUT THAT QUICKLY CHANGED. IN THE BEGINNING PROCESS I COULD TALK TO HIM AND GET QUESTIONS ANWERED BUT AFTER THEY GOT ALL THE INFO THEY NEED TO START THE PROCESS YOU CAN NOT GET THEM BY EMAIL ,,TEXT, OR BY PHONE. THEY CALL YOU OR RETURN CALLS WHEN THEY LIKE NOT WHEN YOU NEED THEM. THEN, THEY TOLD US HOW MUCH WE NEEDED TO PUT DOWN THE PRICE KEPT CHANGING GETTING HIGHER AND HIGHER EVERYTIME WE GET THE AMOUNT THEY SAY THEY WANT MORE. IT WAS STRESSFUL.WE STARTED IN 09/2012 AND WAS SUPPOSE TO FINSH IN 30-60 DAYS. DID NOT HAPPEN HAD TO KEEP CHANGING CONTRACT DATES AND IT WAS NOT BECAUSE OF ME ..WE TURNED IT EVERYTHING AS SOON AS THEY ASK. SO IN DEC 2012 MY REALTOR SAID LETS SWITCH BANKS AND I MUST ADMIT I WAS NOT TO HAPPY ABOUT THAT AFTER THIS EXPERINCE WITH IKON. BUT I SWITCHED AND I AM GLAD I DID BECAUSE THE NEWW BANK GOT PASSED IN 45 DAYS AND WE PUT LESS DOWN AND OUR MONTHLY PAYMENT IS CHEAPER. ALL I GOT TO SAY IS BEWARE OF IKON THEY ARE FAST TALKERS AND DO NOT UPHOLD WHAT THEY SAY AND VERY VERY STRESSFUL. POOR SERVICE. POOR COMMUNICATERS, JUST POOR ALL THE WAY AROUND.THIS WAS MY EXPERINCE IT COULD GO DIFFERENT FOR YOU BUT MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN HOME LOAN GO TO BRAND MORGAGE AND ASK FOR LIBBY SHE IS WONDERFUL AND THE ENTIRE STAFF THEYDO WHAT THEY SAY AND GET IT DONE FAST AND ACCURATE. FORGET IKON FINANCIAL.

They reason for the B is he was really responsive in the beginning and once the paperwork started going through it was hard to reach him and he wanted to go through our real estate agent instead of reaching us directly.
