Based on the misrepresentation and neglect of one of this agencies SENIOR real estate agents, i have entered into a binding contract for a home that can not pass an inspection.
Description of Work: I recently purchased a home. The sellers agents are with this real estate agency. The primary agent took weeks to get back to us, neglected to give the contractor the full list of agreed upon repairs until 8 days before our scheduled close date, continuously defended the contractor although the buyer and buyers agent constantly asked for a new person. The agent also let the contractor run with the project, and did not check facts. ex: told me that a specialist came into the house inspected and cleared it when infact the person used was not a specialist and never performed the service this agent said they did. The agent with this agency misrepresented the services that were being done on the house. Did not check to see if thier contractor got a permit.... the list goies on and on.
