Mr. Causey was among the worst communicators I have ever worked with. I hired him through my realtor for a deal that needed to be completed timely. I had asked him to measure the space for the W/D, hood, and dishwasher, which he did not bother to do until the day he was supposed to start. He then walked off the job for two weeks. When he started, he demolished the tub, which was not part of the work. He then caused an initial leak in the ceiling by not turning off the water. He made no time commitments and ending up finishing five weeks after he said he would. His definition of "done" did not include much of the work initially requested and quoted. Some of the work he failed to do ended up causing another leak. I then fired him and hired another company to finish the work and deducted it from his pay, along with a reserve to address the ceiling leak. He has now threatened to put a mechanical lien on the property. He is really bad news.
Description of Work: Installation of W/D hookup, range hood, etc.
