I thought that they did fine. They did leave notices on the door to let us know when they would be coming and that was always nice. Then they ask what we expect, like if I needed to move all the patio furniture and that sort of thing. They just wanted to know. They gave me a number like if I did need to contact them to reschedule. They came every year.
