My roof sustained damage in a really bad storm to the point where shingles were flipped up and prior to the storm I plugged a leak in the roof, but it opened up when the storm came in. I contacted one of my contractor buddies and he told me he worked with a reliable crew of guys that work with South Pointe Roofing and they'd come out and give me a free quote so I made the call. Spoke to a very nice guy over the phone and we scheduled a time to meet at my house to see if could get the leak and possibly the damage fixed. So... they send out one of their inspectors (for free might I add) and it probably took about a day or so for them to get a quote back to me. They communicated well and were very informative with me. I'm a frugal person, so I got a few companies to come out and check the damage. No where near the level of responsiveness and informative explanation as South Pointe. I trusted the guys from South Pointe so I hired them and within a week my roof was replaced and they also replaced some of the plywood underneath. And I also got a new water resistant underlayment or whatever, but they hooked me up pretty good. Highly recommended.
