Yard looked great last year, I am on an annual plan with them and have purchased almost every treatment they have and my yard looks horrible this year and their responses to my inquires have been extremely slow.  Hoping they are able to fix the issues; if not, I will be gone and will provide input to this forum.

The lawn guy that does my lawn, he is confident about how good they do. He has actually referred people to them because of the way my yard looks. I have thick Bermuda and I have big dogs. Bermudas are better grass for dogs. He's just confident that its weed free and its very strong and healthy in the backyard. He even has trouble cutting it sometimes if he doesn't get here on the typical 10 day rotation. I think when we first started with them three years ago, they did the aeration treatment but I haven't since then.

I had gone with them because I was talking to them over the phone. They do my yard with chemicals to keep your grass looking good. They've done a nice job with that. I didn't even know tha this service existed, I have always done it myself. They gave me a price of 100 bucks or something. The will come out and apply it again all season. When they do it, I said, I think I spend about 75 bucks on that product myself to put it out. For 25 bucks and they guarantee it, that sounds like a good deal to me so let's do that. Theydid it at the beginning of fire ant season, April or something. July, I had this ant mount. I called them and they weren't huge yet, they were still small. I said, I need you to get somebody out because I had an ant mount. a couple of them. One if the backyard and one if the front yard. They came out and said thy couldn't find them so they didn't retreat. That really bothered me. They said they were just going to spot treat. I said I don't think you shouldn't spot treat because there are several, clearly something didn't take with your initial application. You should come and redo the whole yard. Four or five days later, they've gotten bigger and I have a daughter and her sons play at the backyard. I decided that when I renewed I was going to go somewhere else. They did a great job on the lawn. They did a terrible job with the ants. I feel like they could have gotten it right if I kept arguing with them but I do not want to keep arguing with them. They're usually pretty much ion time. When they said they were going to be here, they're here. They're just as profssional as Terminix. I will be using them again just not for the fire ants.

They've been "treating" our yard now for about 6 months and it looks so much worse than when they started. About a third of the front yard is now dead. We've asked them what they are going to do about it and they just quote other services that we need. In other words, we need to spend MORE money than we have already contracted with them. There is no accountability with them - just a big company that doesn't care that they have ruined our yard
