General Remodeling
He came, friendly, gave estimates on painting kitchen and installing floor tile in hallway and laundry room. He assured me he could and would do a good job for me and that I would be satisfied. Now the tile is popping up, and the kitchen had to be repainted before I moved all my furniture back into area. He knew the jobs were not up to par, but chose not to come back to make it right. I had already paid him! I took him to court, the judge ruled in my favor. I have not heard from Mr. Rodney regarding payment. There is a judgment on his property, but that does not help me with my expenses now. This is not a person who needs to be in the renovation business.
