Good and dependable work.

We were not given a definite time when they would show so we never knew when they would be there. We used them for 2 months and made it clear that the main thing we were interested in was edging the beds. They did not do it on the first visit and when I called to complain he said they would do it next time.  The next time the beds in the front yard were edged very poorly, some places not at all.  I called to tell them again that I wanted a very clean edge.  The next time they came the edgeing was not any better so I texted them and said I wanted a cleaner edge. They never returned my call, and the next time they came out they did not edge properly again.  I called to cancel the service after 2 months.

Damon is the man!  My husband and I both have very intensive jobs and in our free time, yard work isn't typically our priority.  We decided that this year we would find a lawn care service.  I called Damon yesterday for an estimate.  I gave him consent to go check out the yard while we were both at work, and he evaluated it and called me back with an estimate that seemed more than reasonable to us given the state our yard was in.  While scheduling Damon said it would be best to do it close to trash day.  Well Thursday morning is our trash day, so I figured we would have to wait until next week.   Not with Damon.  He was able to somehow get it done on the same day.   I never would have imagined anyone would be able to service us the same day.  The yard looks amazing and I will always use Personal Touch in the future.  

Damon did an excellent job. He's courteous and his staff was respectful. I will be using him again in the summer

They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do plain and simple. They were professional and knowledgable. I would use them anytime in the future.

They come all the time. They do it all. I would continue to use them in the future.

as I said, they are wonderful...they fertilize and care for the lawn when it needs it

Personal Touch is a great lawn service. He know when to put on fertilizer and handles the yard each month of the year. If we need extra work done (such as shrubs clipped) we let them know and they do it (with an extra charge). They are reliable. The cost is reasonable.
