A leak started on the weekend when my wife was washing dishes at the kitchen sink and panicked when she felt and saw water flowing from the undersink cabinet onto the floor at her feet. I called Nipper & Son (i.e, Steve Bochu), who made himself available to come out on the weekend. He arrived exactly at the time he promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, verified that he had in his truck all the material needed to repair the leak's source, and then proceeded to fix the problem, all within the space of an hour. The best part of this experience was Steve's willingness to come on the weekend. Another nice surprise was that the price he charged for his services and material was very reasonable. In fact, I would have gladly paid twice as much in order to get this job done so quickly.
