Storage
MSS severely under estimated the cost for services even after a complete walk through and inspection of the items.
MSS did not have enough moving vans to handle the pickup of the house hold items and actually placed some items in a regular truck pickup bed.
MSS wanted payment before all items delivered so they could met payroll.
MSS took months to partially resolve damages to items.
