Mr. Halady came to my home at the agreed upon appointment time.
It was raining outside and he wore plastic booties when going in and out of the home.
He was very polite and quickly assessed what was needed to make the repairs.
He replaced my dimmer switch with one that was better than what burned out.
He also replaced my appliance bulb in the oven at no extra charge.
It was a very pleasant transaction.

"I apologize for any inconvenience I pride myself on customer satisfaction and would do anything to make a situation that is my fault right. We were called out to this house due to the range not working when we arrived we were told the house was possibly hit by lightning. We inspected the panel and found one of the cover screws was penetrating the range wire and caused a arc in the box, we replaced the burnt wire and then tried to reset the breaker, it would not reset so we replaced the breaker. We also checked the outside meter and disconnect finding the pump turned off ( not tripped ) and turned it back on . We also check a couple outlets in the house and inspected for any type of lightning damage which we did not find. I asked the customer if there was anything else that had stopped working and was told no the only things not working was the range and a TV but the TV had stopped working before, we checked the Tv circuit and it worked the outlet was good. I then contacted (Member name removed) and explained the situation and offered to meg each circuit in the house to check for any insulation damage and was told that would not be necessary as they were not sure the house was hit by lighting. I also felt the house was not hit with lighting because I've been to houses that have had lightning damage and it was evident, also the damage in the breaker box could have tripped the main breaker and most likely did, that being said I still offered a price to check every circuit in the house for lighting damage and was told not to. Again I apologize for any inconvenience and hate that you do not feel like you were treated fairly I have been in business for four years and this is the first bad review it affects my livelihood and my family I would hope to be given a fair chance to make you feel better but will not work for free I did all this for a price of under 300.00 please reconsider next time before making bad reviews on something that is obviously a misunderstanding and not a malicious or purposeful intent to do harm. If you would like for us to troubleshoot your gfci please call and make a appointment we would be happy to troubleshoot for a nominal fee. Thank you, and again I apologize for any inconvenience."
