I liked that he was knowledgeable about getting the trees down and that's what happened, he got the trees down. I didn't like him asking for money upfront, the whole two grand upfront. That made me nervous. With me checking around, it was a good price for three trees. In Colombia, you don't get that. The quality of service was really good, he had heavy equipment. The service was good, he was knowledgeable at what he did. It was good and it showed his experience in doing it. There were times that I had to call him repeatedly. I did pay him upfront and I became nervous. There were times he would tell me he was coming and he didn't show up. That frightened me. He was professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and how to do it, he really did.
