They did an excellent job.

They showed up on time and did a good job. I had bought a file cabinet that did not have a lock on it. I took it to Irmo and they installed a lock on it for me. I was very satisfied with their services and I would highly recommend them to others. I have used them several times in the past years. They also install safes as well.

It was a very good experience. They were great. We thought that the price was fair. There was just one guy that came out to complete the job, he was nice and genuine. I didn't really deal with them that much, my husband did. They were just professional, they were skilled and pleasant.

I called and asked them to change out the locks. They came and were flexible. It didn't take very long. Reasonable price. They were responsive. They were they a little quicker than I expected them to be. They were able to come out within the hour.

the technician informed me that the locks I have do not let you know that the battery is dead, just acts like you put in the wrong combination. He replaced that batteries and we got one open, the other would not respond, so he gave me the least expensive options and let me know to call him direct if I couldn't guess the combination.

Saw Irmo lock on angie's list and sent a message through them, I got a reply in on hour with a clear estimate and a request to call to schedule appt, my first choice was available. Tech called ahead to give me notice he was coming. Work done in less than an hr. Craig was professional, efficient and friendly.

Our two year old grandson locked himself in a bedroom in our home. The previous owner of our home installed deadbolt locks on two of the bedrooms in our home. The only way to open the deadbolt from the hallway entrance is with a key. We have owned the home for two years and had no need to lock the deadbolts so we were unaware the deadbolts required a key different from the other doors in our home. We called Irmo Lock and Jeremiah arrived within 30 minutes. He was very courteous and professional - he had the door open in a matter of a minute or two. He rekeyed the deadbolts so we can use our existing keys to open these doors. Thanks for a great and speedy job!

Everything went really well. The person showed up right on time, changed the locks. And I had a problem with a lock on the patio door and he took care of that as well.

I called Irmo Lock and explained the problem (locked keys in the car in Sam's pick up lane!) They were on site within 10 minutes, unlocked the car quickly, and accepted a debit card for payment. Very prompt, efficient, and courteous.
