I am a new member that use this service and look for vendors to do work for our Company. I want to say that Ralph has been in contact with me back and forth for about a week and a half now and it have been pleasurable talking to him.From the beginning he was honest by telling me that he was very busy,but if I needed something he always offered a time or suggestion to look at the situation,talk to me about.,etc.Today I had an emergency where the pipe burst in a home and he was willing to have his worker come on the other side of town to fix it.I told him that the owner had a person that she normally uses,but he was still willing to be on standby which was so professional. I told him that I would call him back once the owner made her decision as the water was turned off at that time,but I guess the time was a little too long for him being a professional, seeing that  there was a water  leak so he called back and checked up on the situation.I told him the owner went with another plumber and he was just as courteous,responsive and responsible.This has been the most professional vendor I contacted since I became an Angies list member. Thank you for your promptness and professionalism.

They were slow, acted on the ignorant side. Left lots of wire snips and snips of plastic casing all over the floor and carpet. Not impressed

Mr. Corduan came out, gave the estimates and worked patiently with us to set a schedule to get the work done. He is a very professional businessman.

Ralph arrived exactly on time and went through a long list I had of repairs and electrical. He was very knowledgable, friendly and time efficient. He replace 2 light fixtures, caulked the bathtub, gave me some tips on how to have repairs done without spending a fortune. He is coming back for more electrical, fence repair and some dry wall work.
definitely my go-to guy from now on.

My mother was extremely pleased with his work and I have to say the screen door looks new.  I wanted my porch done right with everything coated and he did it using a combination of brushes and rollers.  Ralph called when he said he would, came when he said he would and he's easy to talk to.  I will definitely use him again.
