He was the first person that actually responded to my request. He came out and gave me an estimate. At the time of the estimate, he told me how much...because originally he was supposed to clean out my flowerbed and lay mulch down. So he had quoted me $150 for labor and then whatever the price of mulch was going to be. So I said, okay. When he came back to do the work, I had already actually cleaned out the flowerbed so he didn't even have to do any of that. All he had to do was lay the mulch down. He came and didn't have enough mulch. He was like, 'Well, I don't have enough mulch to finish'. I had to wait for the next week for him to come back with more mulch and then he called me again and was like, 'It is still not done and I ran out of mulch again. Do you want me to continue, you are looking at 300 and some dollars right now?' I was like, 'Hold on, you said it was $150 for the labor and that was before it was even cleaned out' He was like, 'Well, I didn't realize the flowerbed was this big'. I was like, 'But you came out and estimated it'. Needless to say, my flowerbed didn't get finished. I ended up having to finish it. He needs to know exactly how much mulch; he's got to have more mulch than not enough mulch. He needs to be consistent on where his supplier is at because he ended up going to 2 different suppliers where one charged more than the other and it is the customers paying for the mulch price. He should stay consistent with it. When he comes out to price things, he needs to price accordingly.
