John Bolos is not your run of the mill listing agent. From day 1, he was attentive to our needs . Since we lived out of state, John not only successfully listed AND sold our home, but he also maintained the property for several months, organized repairs and lawn care, and kept an accurate record of expenses. John also updated us on a regular basis and stayed with us until the transaction closed and funded. I would recommend John Bolos to anyone looking to list their home .
