Connelly Home Inspections is a home inspection company that serves the Midlands of South Carolina. We provide home inspections for home buyers, home seller's, new construction phase inspections, and 1 year home warranty inspections. Connelly Home Inspections has been in business since March 2018. I strive to make home inspections an easy and hassle free process for any client that I have. Prices are based upon the square footage of a home being inspected. I have been around construction and home improvements my whole life which gives me the ability to identify any problems, recommended any fixes that are needed, and also to inform clients on items that require regular maintenance to keep them functioning properly.
