He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and provided us with several options. They were excellent. I obtained 3 quotes from 3 companies - all reputable all were referrals. I became so disenchanted with Midland Air/Service Experts over the past decade that I decided to end my 29 year contract with them and look for another company. I chose to go with Cassell because of proximity to house, overall reviews, and Lewis seemed more knowledgeable about what I needed/wanted. They were attentive, professional, got the job done, and so far all is going quite well. They did a great job with the duct work replacement. I would definitely refer them and contact them again.

We chose Cassell Brothers based on a friend’s recommendations and good reviews on Angie’s List. This was a difficult project for duct replacement in an old home, due to tight attic space in some locations of the house, and difficulty finding replacement grill covers that fit and covered the old duct holes in our plaster ceilings; Sam and his hardworking crew worked carefully with it, until they got it all to fit properly, without damage to plaster ceilings; plus had three additional ducts added to our system. They installed the new heating and air Trane system, which has been working very well. Sam provided all the rebate paperwork for us to complete and send in to SCE&G. We are very pleased with the results of this project, and would hire again.

All work was performed when promised, on time, all personnel were friendly and very professional. Once the unit was installed, service personnel took adequate time to walk my wife and I through the various modes of operation and provided us his cell phone number to call if we hand any additional questions or operational problems. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a HVAC service company.

Had yearly service last week, zone was reported as functioning okay but was given option for repair. During week became nonfunctional. Brandon Pearman came to service at time I requested. I was notified that he was on a current job and may be a bit late. He was professional and descriptive of issues. He spent quality time and did quality work. We have used Cassell Bro for years and will continue. Thank you.
