Great, very helpful and courteous !

The owners were professional and kept in communication with me about my vehicle. What I liked most about this place was that when I called in for a quote, we had a good discussion about the timing belt and what they specifically do to replace the belts and the work involved. They really sounded like they knew what they were doing and had lots of experience completing car repairs. They also checked out the motor mounts and many were cracked or badly needed repair (they showed me the mounts afterwards and they were exactly right.) The car runs very smoothly now and I'm glad that the repairs were done for my peace of mind and for safety reasons since we bought the car used and didn't know when the timing belt was last replaced. They also did a thorough check of all the other parts of the vehicle while they had it. I chose this place over the others because as an extra service, they provide a free rental car (if it's available - I would call ahead first if you need it to make sure they have it available during the time you drop off the car.) They just ask that you refill the gas tank with the amount of gas you used. The repair itself took two full days because they had to order motor mounts. The above cost of the service was also about $600 less than everyone else I called around Columbia, and I got the professional service along with the rental car to use. The whole repair was pricey but timing belt labor isn't cheap to begin with, and we needed extra work. I think the value is what stands out here. Because we were on a budget, they also gave me a bit of a discount on the parts to save some money. It's a bit of a drive from where I live but I probably will use them again for any other major repairs just because of the professionalism and convenience.

We've had several issues with our radiator and coolant system on our car. They have fixed the radiator, bypass hose, thermostat housing, etc a couple of times. Issues were no fault of theirs, just bad manufacturer defects. I've always had nothing but positive things to say about them. They do great work, great prices (will beat any local auto shops prices), friendly and professional, and they even provide a loaner car if you need it! Great people. I would recommend to anyone!

They kept me up to date on parts ordering and costs. The price was exactly as quoted. We use them for all of our vehicle repairs.

Good job on basic oil and filter change and top off all fluids. The oil used is Valvoline synthetic blend which is recommended especially for high mileage vehicles. The shop owner and technicians are professional in their work and taking care of their customers. Great value for the price!
