He came out the same day I called which I was happy with but then told me that their was nothing wrong with my pool equipment and that my sand was contaminated and that was not covered under the warranty. I had two other pool people look at the pool and told me that was not true and I had filter issues. I was also told that whenever a pool guy doesn't know what's wrong he tells people to change their sand. It's a standard line in the industry. Interestingly enough when I went on Angie's List - there was another review with the exact same story and also a home warranty issue with AHS. I had no choice but to use Artisan's because that is who the home warranty company sent but apparantly they are just sent to tell people that whatever the problem is - is not covered under the warranty. My pool is still broken and will be until I can afford to get it fixed. It was a waste of $60 for the deductible.
