I have been extremely pleased with the work of Ace Glass helped . They came and removed a huge glued on mirror from over a fireplace. The men came within the two hour window I was given and were friendly and polite. Within 15 minutes they had the mirror off IN ONE PIECE! I was shocked, as I had imagined it would come off in a thousand pieces. They were quick and even suggested how to repair the wallboard that was left behind. I would definitely use Ace Glass again.

Found company very difficult to deal with. Particularly Laura Prauser (whom I was shocked to learn is the manager).
Order was constantly delayed. Information was not properly handled. Installation took far longer than promised.
Multiple problems were encountered time and again. Very frustrating! g

I had an appointment scheduled at 7:00am and the guy showed up around 6:45am, which was great! He had the windshield replaced in about 20 to 25 minutes. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a window fixed on their car!

.They did a great job and it didn't take to long they did run into one problem as one window was broke and they were unable to fix it so we had to wait till they got another one to put in. But other then that everything else went great.

The work was completed neatly and efficiently at a very reasonably price. Unfortunately, the muttins in the large (5' x 6') fixed glass window were slightly off. No questions asked, ACE made another window at no charge and replaced the incorrect window a week later.

The job took longer than first thought, but was NOT the fault of ACE Glass. We had some repairs that needed to be done first and ACE was patient with us when we had to reschedule their installation several times. When all repair work had been completed, they came and completed their portion of the job in a few hours.
