Fixed efficiently, paid bill, thought I had a Maintenance agreement as they service each year. Had an appointment on June 28 for maintenance for over a month, without warning called and cancelled the appointment because they were busy. I had taken day off work to be there for this appointment. Secretary berated me over the phone because I had told the service man on the emergency call I thought I had a service agreement with them. She said I had another type agreement and did not paid what I was suppose to. (Very rudely I might add). Told her to send me a bill and I would pay the difference.Been dealing with this company for 10 years, and they argue over everything and usually have to come back, even on just servicing. Never get the same techs, always new people.

I called them up during a heat wave and they came quickly to access the situation. They worked us in and came in a timely fashion and got the work done. They made sure that I knew exactly what was going on. They workers were very quite. The prices were reasonable. I was most pleased. The owner came out to the house and made sure that I understood how to work everything.
