Mr. Ellison came out to the property, it wasn't just one of his crew. He's out in the field with his crews to make sure that everything is done right. We pulled out some shrubs in front of the house and on the side of the house and Meg wanted to replace them with other tree shrubs or whatever you call them and Mr. Ellison actually said that we shouldn't do it right now because it's too hot and it's the wrong time of the year. So, instead of the revenue right now and the possibility of an unsatisfied customer, he gave us professional advice. He referred us to another company to have a tree removed. They didn't want to do it because they didn't want to damage the lawn. When he gave me the estimate, he gave me the number to call for the digging. He made sure that all the pieces were crossed and the ice were dotted for that so that they could do the work safely.
