DAVIS CONTRACTING LLC

We had Davis replace our roof in 2014. Recently, the rubber roofing they placed on our shed dormer blew loose. I contacted them the next day, which was a Friday morning. Rain was predicted on both days that weekend. Davis refused to come that Friday to even do a temporary repair, as he had "other customers". When I asked if he would pay for someone else to do a temporary repair, he refused. I then told him I would leave negative reviews online, I was told that I couldn't tell him what to do and to "shut up". I later received a text saying they wouldn't come to do a temporary repair, they didn't work on weekends, but a tech would come on Monday, and they did "understand my urgency". I replied that they didn't understand or care because they already had my money. No tech ever came. When I hired another company to repair their work, they did a temporary repair in less than an hour .I also found that they did not remove all old roofing as in the contract, nor did they replace all rotten boards or install a drip edge, all items that I paid for, but were not done. Shoddy work, and a "guarantee" that is worthless. I have photos of the loose rubber roof, rotten boards and original contact that I will share with anyone.
