We had see them work for another company previous to doing this few years ago and we had a relationship with him over may be 24 years. He is excellent and trustworthy technically.

It went great. Bottom line is that we trust Steve. He used to work for another contractor, but they changed management. I was not happy with the new company. Steve left that company. I was thrilled to finally track him down and find that he is working for himself now. He has serviced our units for years.

We had purchased a foreclosure and while working on the house, all of a sudden the AC stopped working. We feared the worst (a huge bill for a new AC system), but Steve was able to quickly fix our AC issue (maybe 5 minutes tops). We also decided to have him clean out the components inside the air handler as well as compressor area. It was amazing how dirty it all was, but the system is from the mid-late 90s so we're hoping to eak out a few more years. At that point, we'll call Steve to see about a new system.

He's an excellent technician and just went into business for himself a couple of years ago. He has good character and reasonable.
