He would drink on the job, he did not come back to finish the floor, I had to hire another professional hard wood flooring person. They said he may have had the right sander to do the floors but he did not use the sander properly. We had to live with dust from the floor sanding, and he disappeared. We waisted over 3500 to get nothing done.
