Comfort Zone Inc

• We got estimates from four heating and air conditioning companies reviewed on Angie's List. We chose Comfort Zone for several reasons. We thought that we may have needed to replace both the upstairs and downstairs systems. The other companies looked at both units and gave us prices for replacement of both units. The Comfort Zone representative, Toby, made a low cost suggestion for how we might improve the efficiency of our upstairs unit and possibly not have the double whammy of replacing two units at one time. He came back on a separate occasion to test the unit and did not charge us for that. We independently installed a gable fan as he suggested and are waiting for really hot weather to see if this solution has effectively reduced the heat load enough so that our existing upstairs unit can now cool the upstairs sufficiently.
• Our take on Toby's approach to the job was that he put service above a sale.
• We went ahead with the replacement of the downstairs unit and installed a Trane heating and cooling system. A young man named Mike was their install guy. He too was very prompt, courteous and professional. Both gentlemen seemed to be very experienced. The job was done in one morning. The company also followed up with us and submitted the paperwork for us to get a $200 Duke Power rebate that was available.

I would highly recommend this company and the gentlemen, Toby and Mike, who handled our job. If our upstairs system eventually needs replacing, we have no hesitation about using this company again.

They arrived on time, and went straight to work replacing my unit. They were very courteous and professional. When they had given me a quote, they gave me four choices to choose from. In fact, I will use them to do yearly maintenance on the system.

The staff was very professional and courteous. All work was done in a timely manner and cleanup was excellent.



My home is much more comfortable and the system is very quiet. Overall I was very satisfied with the entire experience. I would highly recommend Comfort Zone for your HVAC needs.

They did a really great job. They cleaned up everything as well. They were extremely courteous, professional and just nice as could be. Their price was also reasonable. They were not the lowest but you should always go one stair away from the lowest. With heating and air, you just want to make sure that you are getting the right thing. They were also right there on time in the morning.

Very responsive, they came out same day to check problem. Had to order part but it only took 2 days. Keep us informed of what the problem was, status of order, and schedule to come out. Very professional and cared about customer service.
