Landscaping
They arrived and we planted them according to their directions but they failed to thrive. Life is busy and I did not realize that plants have a warranty period. We had some kind of virus most of July and finally called them to say we needed replacements because they never 'took off'. She said there was nothing they could do because the Spring Plants were out of warranty. I was shocked. I expected them to say, 'Well, sure, we'll get 3 replacements right out to you'.
I told the customer service person how unhappy I was but she did nothing and said that was their policy. I will never shop there again and advise others to do the same.
