Welcome to Arborcare Tree Experts. Inc., we have been in business for 26 years. It has always been our number one goal to own a tree company where customer service is our number one priority. We have the pleasure of employing fifteen employees in which we can say we are proud to have working on our team. Our employees are very dedicated to their jobs and stride to continuously do the best work possible. Our main team leader has been with us for fifteen years and we look forward to many more. We would like to say thank you for our long term customers who continue to return to us for their entire tree and lawn care needs. They did a very professional job - they worked for 4+ hrs and trim and reshaped our 8 - 9 trees in a fantastic team effort. It was a pleasure watching them work. Completely satisfied with their preparation and cleanup. Had all the right equipment to tackle any problem in doing their job. From the worker hanging from the limbs to the workers on the ground moving all the cut limbs to the chopper. Highly recommend this company.

Talked us into a day of service indicating all of the items we had requested and many Jimmy had suggested would all get done. Two main items on contract were thinning out a Magnolia tree and trimming pine limbs overhanging our drive - not done at all. Over-trimmed two water oaks. Left personal debris, destroyed/damaged up-light, irrigation head, water spigot and surrounding vegetation and plants. One side of house - debris never cleaned up. 6 hours of our time spent in cleaning up after them. Paid bill, but also indicated there were issues. Sent email and never heard anything from them.

Trimmed large red maple and 4 large crepe myrtles, 2 holly trees to get branches away from roof. Their "SWAT Team" did excellent job in approx. 1/2 day. Surprised at volume of branches that came out of those trees! Trees looked very good when they finished. Good cleanup also. Will use them again.

My 80-year-old father hired them. They made a huge mess. Tree branches hit the house and damaged rain gutter. They knocked over and broke their fountain. Spilled hydraulic fluid all over their driveway from their junky equipment. And made ruts all over the yard. They promised to repair it all and never did. Been almost a year and now they stopped even taking our phone calls.
