Variety was the lowest of 3 bids I obtained.  Mike is very responsive and professional.  The installers were also exceptional.

I took in three bids for the exact same carpet and padding. Warren and Mike came in with the best bid, and the installers did a great job making it flawless!

They're pretty good. Everything was OK. Most of the time when they did the job, I was not there but when I come back they were mostly done. The clean up was good and really nice. It's like what it's supposed to be when I came back.

It went great. The floors look fantastic. The job was very professional. Tom, the Variety Rep was responsive, from the initial contact through completion of the job.

Our four dogs destroyed the carpet in there by insisting the living room carpet was an acceptable alternative to going outside in a heavy rain. We needed a good flooring that the dogs couldn't destroy. After exploring wood flooring, engineered flooring and tile, we settled on tile. They installed the floor excellently, centering the room perfectly. The work was professionally done by men with a positive attitude. The sales person checked on the progress and repairs needed. We felt well-tended and love the floor.

Variety Floor Covering is special. They are a family owned company who really cares about their customers. We had a guest drop a large casserole on one of the tiles and it broke so Variety Floor Covering gave us another tile, sent someone out, and fixed it. That is old fashioned service folks and you will find they have any quality of materials you want, from inexpensive to beautiful carpet that sells for over $125.00 a yard and it is exquisite. So don't think they won't have what you need or want. Go there and you will see products from low end to very high end. he new flooring was glued to the concrete slab. The results are excellent. The new floor flows unbroken throughout the entire first floor.

The process went very well. I chose Variety because Chuck Quick had installed some carpet for me several years ago and he is now associated with Variety Floor Coverings.The show room is well laid out and I had many many choices in cost and product.I was encouraged to take as many samples as I wanted and to keep them as long as I needed.I chose the tile I wanted and when I returned the sample, Warren gave me a quote which was very reasonable.I paid 50% down since the tile had to be special ordered.On the day of installation, Chuck and his assistant arrived on time, moved the 3 pieces of furniture I had not been able to move and got started.The floor is beautiful; the price was excellent and they did a wonderful job of cleaning up.I will use Variety for any flooring needs I have in the future.
