We were not too satisfied. It took a very long time to get the work done, although to be fair, many businesses were overwhelmed after the hurricane. The planting itself was done very well and we were happy with it. A portion of the front yard turned out beautifully, but one section by the street was not getting enough water for the new plants. We questioned the watering capability when the work was done, but were assured that it was sufficient. The three plants that were put into that area all died in the subsequent months from lack of water. My husband repositioned and replaced the sprinkler line in that area, and our replacement plants (which we paid for) are now thriving. The Greenery would not pay for the plants to be replaced, since they do not maintain our irrigation service. We love the Greenery's plants and flowers, and their sales staff at the nursery is great. However, due to this experience we would not hire their landscaping service again.

Good job just couldn't afford them.

The quality and selection are excellent, and I always get great service. I recently moved into the area, and the Greenery staff have answered many questions for me about what grows here. After one particularly large purchase, Wendy even gave me helpful advice about how to prevent heat stroke here in the summers! You'll pay a bit more here than at your neighborhood Home Depot, but the quality, service and selection more than make up for that.

They've just been doing a good job. They're professional and they've been doing an excellent job. They show up when they're supposed to. Everybody's friendly, courteous and professional.

The hard-scaping was done first: the garden paths, boardwalk, trellis, and French drains. All work was very high quality: the trellis is sturdy and precisely level (not easy on sloping ground), the rain barrel platforms are strong and appropriately sized; the French drains are neat and functional. The garden paths and the boardwalk were particularly impressive, done with smooth, graduated curves and careful preparation. Vic and Fabian did the paths, boardwalk and trellis; they were meticulous and skilled.
Skip oversaw the project and did the landscape design. I've worked with Skip before; he is knowledgeable, responsive, and makes helpful suggestions. He seemed particularly busy and a couple of things had to be corrected - e.g missing an entire area when he submitted the initial estimate for the plantings, not getting back to me on a question about soil amendments. But he responds and makes it right whenever an issue is brought up.
Overall the plant quality seems to be very good. One set of shrubs - the Beauty Berry - did not look healthy when they arrived, and I'm not sure they'll survive - but the others are thriving so far.
Overall, The Greenery is a bit on the expensive side, but responsive and does high-quality work. The people there are knowledgeable and really care about landscaping. It's an impressive group.

The company seemed not to be interested in complying to weekly services contracted to complete. After conference they would work to expectations, but by the third week they were falling back to middle of the road service. The company management is not on site to supervise.

I like their professionalism, their punctuality, their ability to get the job done when they are supposed to and complete and it is up and working.

I am constantly impressed not only by the high quality of their work and their dependability, but also the courtesy and behavior of every employee.
