t.The manager Suzanne, wanted to make every aspect of relocating and opening accounts personal and pleasant.
One week after helping me set up accounts, start on-line banking and transfer of funds, Suzanne called me to see how my move was going. She also asked if I need any help with any areas of my new community. This had nothing to do with her banking services, but everything about being a great neighbor.

Suntrust has taken a tremendous amount of time to work with us and answer questions we had. They researched stuff for us that they did not have to. They were so friendly and wonderful to us. It really surprised us how great they were. Joann was absolutely just the best to us.
