 + -1 moret.The manager Suzanne, wanted to make every aspect of relocating and opening accounts personal and pleasant. One week after helping me set up accounts, start on-line banking and transfer of funds, Suzanne called me to see how my move was going. She also asked if I need any help with any areas of my new community. This had nothing to do with her banking services, but everything about being a great neighbor.
Description of Work: All aspects of personal banking, including setting up new accounts, on-line banking, transfer of funds and review of investments.

 + -1 moreSuntrust has taken a tremendous amount of time to work with us and answer questions we had. They researched stuff for us that they did not have to. They were so friendly and wonderful to us. It really surprised us how great they were. Joann was absolutely just the best to us.
Description of Work: Joann with Suntrust set up the mortgage on our 1500-2500 square foot home pretty recently. Now we pay Suntrust a mortgage payment each month but what percentage of money exactly they make off of us, I really could not say.
