Southern Vacations, LLC

Even before we got to Hilton Head we had to make numerous calls to Southern Vacations to get key code information and we didn't get that information until two days before our vacation. We felt a little uneasy due to the poor communication and disorganization. After we unpacked another family walked in our condo. Michael from Southern Vacations had double booked the condo even though we both dealt with Michael. We moved locations because they had more people and Michael promised to compensate us for our inconveniences and that the condo was a superior property. The condo had been updated but it was smaller, no view, never received passes to go to pool or even was told where pool was located. The rental cost of a comparable unit was $300 to $400 less than the original unit we rented. We sent an email to company to try to get some compensation but did not receive a response.
