Will never hire Silver scrapes again.

Don't let this soft-spoken, honest-appearing professional fool you, because he will take you. The worst contractor and one of the most dishonest people that I have ever worked with. I had sent the owner, Christian Silver, a letter requesting a refund for work that he did not perform. These services and prices were included in his estimate.
(1) $108 for Labor for 26 bales of pine straw that he did not lay down.
(2) $210 for relocating irrigation sprinklers
(3) $100 for 5 brand new sprinkler heads that they removed and kept.
I've had to pay other contractors several hundred dollars to fix those issues. I have spoken to Christian about returning the sprinkler heads that he took and he told me that he would. He has yet to do so and, now, he is not taking or returning my calls. I am really on the borderline of taking him to small claims court.

The do a very good job. They do more than the typical company. They are professional. We have been using them for about 2 years now.

They do a very excellent and a neat job. They are efficient. They do everything necessary to keep the yard looking good. They charge $210 a month. I would rate them highly.
